A GreenGeeks Review: The Support

Support is an important issue when deciding between web hosting companies. Therefore, this GreenGeeks review will focus on that topic. The support seems to receive mixed reviews. About half of their customers report receiving excellent support from both technical and customer support. The other half though, seems to have suffered from very poor support, indeed. The number one complaint targets the technical support team. Apparently, GreenGeeks’s tech support doesn’t want to take the blame for many technical issues with their web hosting service. Thus, they either ignore complaints, or blame the customer.

The other complaint that the suffering half has targets the customer support team, particularly the part that deals with billing. This team often takes far longer than is required to solve billing problems, including cancellation of subscriptions. However, compared to some web hosting companies, this delay is nothing. Still, in terms of support, GreenGeeks still has work to do if it wants to compare with some of the top web hosting companies on the Internet.
